We had high hopes for the pairing of our 2020 Supreme Dark Champ Chile Amor to the incomparable Snowmass Matrix, but Inara has exceeded our expectations. She has a beautiful phenotype with an impressive fleece style. Her fiber is buttery soft, bright, very fine and incredibly uniform across her blanket and into both her hip and shoulder area. She ticks all of the boxes for a solid foundation female. Add her to your show string for next year and expect to bring home some banners. After all, her dam Chile really proved herself in her second year and we think Inara will too! This beautiful girl has it all, great conformation, pretty head, mahogany color and upright presence, very soft hand and dense fiber even as an 8 year old proven dam. One of our best foundation females, 1/2 Accoyo, Cappy, is out of some of the best Alpacas of America lines, she's lovely and compact with very very dense with high frequency crimp structure, brightness and fineness of fiber. Her legs and frame are straight and strong. Her fleece possesses a low CV and SD. Her offspring are exceptional, each one of them express her wonderful temperament and excellent personality. One of her daughters won a blue ribbon at the national fleece show, the Pasco fleece show and a blue in halter at Alpacapalooza under Helen Testosa.

Cocoa has a presence about her, she sports a beautiful dark rose grey fleece that's very, very dense yet fine, with a nice handle, crimpy and well structured. Beautiful True Black Beauty with a gorgeous head! Myra has the silkiest finest hand to her fiber, it's just amazing. She has an above average staple length on her blanket and neck. She's built strong with a straight upright frame and a cute feminine face! Lots of Silver Grey Accoyo in this little gals background. The fiber on her neck and hips is turning grey.

This lovely full Peruvian modern dark rose grey girl is gorgeous. Her fleece is beautifully fine, curly and feels very dense already. Her dam is a great mom, no birthing or milk issues here. Out of champion winning grey and black bloodlines, she will be the ideal dam to improve your color program. Garnet sustained a minor nerve injury of her left front leg during shearing which manifests itself with a mild swing out of her leg as she walks. Upon inspection by our Veterinarian, it was determined that she is in no pain, her range of motion is within normal range, her mobility is not impaired, and the injury has not prevented her from carrying a cria and birthing successfully. You can see her running like the wind on our hillsides!

This girl is a standout with an amazing set of genetics, including her paternal grandsires Poseidon and Camilio, and maternal grandsire Premier's Absolute. Her conformation is perfect, as well as her bite. She has a beautiful head, and wonderful soft lofty crimpy bright medium brown fiber.

We have decided to downsize our foundation herd after our move, and are only parting with Shakira because we have decided to keep her two daughters Gretel and Aurora, and also her grand daughter Phoebe in the herd. She doesn't look like much anymore, but she is a dynamite producer. She will sell with a breeding to any of our males, but we would suggest Skyline's Xavier to improve fineness and staple length. *Disclaimer- She does have an "off bite" due to an injury when she was young, so she requires dental work every other year. This lovely full Peruvian Winchester daughter has a lot going for her. Her genetics are top of the line and she carries herself gracefully like she knows it! Andromeda is everything we have come to expect from our Billabong offspring. Dense with a an above-average staple length, beautiful head and compact frame. She is the full sister to our harlequin girl, Ixchel, so we have bred her to Enchanted Hill Lutau in hopes of creating another beautiful appy!

It's not often that a cria comes along that is EXACTLY what you pictured when you bred the parents. Well, Aurora is just that! She has the softest, most dense fiber of any cria we have ever had born on the farm. Not only that, but the brightness and crimp on this girl is to die for! She is also already displaying the personality traits that make both of her parents favorites on the farm. She is calm, confident and curious. We can't wait to see how this lovely girl does during her 2019 show debut!

Savannah may be the best kept secret on our farm. She is easily one of the densest (maybe even THE densest) female we own. She's a FLEECE MONSTER. In 2015 she sheared 3.8# from the blanket and in 2016, she sheared 4#. In 2017, 3,5# and 3# in 2018. She isn't a large girl, weighing in at about 140#. Although her fleeces is no longer fine, it still maintains good consistency, crimp and staple length. This is no surprise... Savannah's pedigree includes some of the Peruvian heavy hitters ... Bueno, Fandango, Vengador, Caligula and Cahuide and many well known Chilean names as well. This still young, proven, female has been criminally underutilized here... big shame on us. She's actually the very definition of a production female. She is an easy breeder, easy birther and is a wonderful mother with tons of milk. Savannah maintains a perfect bite and has no conformational flaws. Although she is of shorter stature, she has good body capacity, is proportionate and her babies are of average size. She is a SUPER easy keeper and has never had a health issue. Although she is registered as Dark Brown, Savannah is actually a maroon (and has thrown maroon when bred to black), with grey spot on her shoulder. Her darling, short eared, short muzzled face is covered with curls. She is absolutely darling Savannah's first breeding (which she chose herself :) to Orlando's Tracker Cloud, produced a gorgeous MB male, Bean. He is also super dense and very soft. Bean was never registered because AOA couldn't verify his sire. Just one of those sad "kerfuffles." However, we KNOW that Dad is our Orlando's Tracker Cloud. And, as noted in the beginning paragraph of this post, her second cria, Savannah's Georgia (get it? :-) is a beautiful maroon female, with soft crimpy fleece, with respectable placings at CABA, her first highly competitive show. Savannah is just hitting her prime and is maintaining all of her rock solid, positive attributes.

Irish Meadows Tayt AKA Tayter Tot is everything we look for in a rock solid foundation female. She has an undeniable presence and phenotype, impeccable genetics and beautifully soft fiber. Because of her incredibly long staple, she has never shown as well as some of the denser, shorter stapled females she's been up against, but that in no way diminishes her place in our herd. When bred to a male with elite density and well-defined architecture, she knocks it out of the park. Just look at her 2024 daughter by Snowmass Majestic Reflection, Thor Farms Looking Glass. She's a stunner in every way and has made a huge impact on the show circuit as a juvenile. Tayt is currently bred to the incomparable Snowmass Divine Optics for an April 2026 cria. Consigned to the 2025 EWD auction in August!

Sterling is a lovely boy with incredibly dense, beautiful light silver grey fiber. We purchased him as a junior herdsire, but have since purchased several foundation females who are related to him and we think it's best to sell him. If you are looking to add density to your grey breeding program, look no further!

Sig is a gorgeous boy that we had high hopes for. Unfortunately, one of his testicles atrophied shortly before his yearling show season, so he is being sold as a non-breeder.

We have decided to sell Winchester since we already have a great selection of Amerikan Hero offspring in our program and we would like to share the wealth. Winchester is dense, dense, dense with incredible uniformity and a very tight crimp structure. If you look at both of his parent's EPD's, you'll see that he comes by his stellar fleece attributes from them. I expect him to do really great things wherever he lands. I will admit that his staple length is a bit on the shorter side, but if you have longer-stapled females that are needing density and better organization and crimp, Winchester is your guy! Between Hero and his dam Conspicuous, we expect him to maintain his fineness and pass that along to his offspring as well. Message us with any questions you might have.

This guy has presence! His color and markings are beautiful, not to mention the bundling, crimpy, soft, dense and bright fiber. With his we'll built large boned frame, handsome markings, heavy leg fleece, and masculine head, he stands out as a winner in the pasture and the show ring. Hi Def has been aptly nicknamed the "stealth" breeder on our farm. So far, he's made 7 gorgeous grey girls,and 2 grey boys out of black, grey or fawn dams. It doesn't matter what color we breed him to, he produces grey! Who wouldn't want a record like that! Grey each and every time and not just any grey, grey that is winning in the show ring! "When we went in search for a Stud to compliment our breeding program we had a specific criteria and Poseidon's Storm ticked the boxes. One of our favorite Studs of all time is Snowmass Royal Rose. He is a Hemingway crossed with MSG Dam line. So our search started there and it ended with Poseidon's Storm aka "Master P". Stay with me here ... it may get confusing ( :-) ) or skip to the summary at the bottom: Dam (Trillium) is a lined Hemingway Daughter - you can't see it on the ARI but Balche, way back there, is (Hemingway / P. Frida). So that puts Hemingway on both sides of Trillium's lineage. What's interesting is that Poseidon's Dam line, even with the Hemingway dilution gene, allowed a lot of color to pass through to the off-spring. It's there in the registry to view! On his Sire side, you have top EPD performers, MSG & MRG genetics with some TB thrown in. Totora (Poseidon's Sire) has an excellent Get of Sire record and his overall show record will knock your socks off. Inti-Sapa's Sunrise is an EPD 1%'er and multiple category 5%'er Luciano was a top MRG Stud w/ 137 registered Cria, many of which were show awarded. Poseidon Storm aka "Master P" has not only a beautiful fleece, which is dense & bundled ... But, it's also showing lingering fineness. A trait that goes back to his Dam side, Hemingway roots. Take a look at his histogram ... not just the MC but equally important his SD & CV numbers from 2016 & 2017. When his fleece is processed into yarn, it has this silky slick hand - it's really something. Long and short of it, we didn't realize we'd fine such a great Stud so close to home, but we did. "AR" has settled his first female is ready to start working for your breeding program! 2017 was a good show year in large, tough classes for "AR" taking a 2nd at the prestigious Futurity show in Kansas City, MO. He's putting all of his energy into his fleece, showing long staple and incredible bundling. We are looking forward to shearing and letting him grow. "AR" is a half sibling to Magna Carta, Liberty Alpacas' unbelievable female that took the show circuit by storm winning a Color Championship at Futurity (2016 & 2017) and 2016 Judges Choice at CABA (level 5 show) and Dark Supreme Champion at the 2017 AOA National Show! We shouldn't be too surprised, given his parents have 15 championships between them. We did not send off any histograms in 2018, but are awaiting our 2019 ones results!

Xavier is a handsome, well- built male with phenomanally bright and crimpy fiber. He has perfect conformation as well as a pleasant and gentlemanly disposition. His sire is the widely-known Accoyo America Tronador (WH) and his dam is Skyline's Jacqueline (DRG). We strongly suspect that he will be able to achieve a multitude of colors in his offspring when bred to the right females. As for the spots?? One never really knows how strong the spotted gene is, but we will be breeding him to several females with spots in their lineage as well as females with none, just to see what we can get. Xavier does already have females confirmed pregnant, but since he is new on our farm, we will be offering FIVE "introductory-priced" breedings for the low price of $800 for the 2019 breeding season. 2019 was the year that we have been planning to "stack" our herdsire row with amazing males to further our program. So when the opportunity came along to own a share of this phenomenal impact male, we jumped at the chance! Bomber is in Central Oregon from July to early November yearly. He's THE BOMB!! AS OF MAY 2019, BOMBER KIDS HAVE GARNERED 46 BANNERS!!! AND THE GRAND KIDS HAVE ENTERED THE RACE, WITH TWO THIS YEAR SO FAR! The WHOLE PACKAGE... consistency, fineness, density, in beautiful rose grey. Bomber's sire, Aussie .38 Special, is one of the premier grey herd sires in the US. Bomber is the best of the next generation. His dam, Beatriz, can safely be called an impact dam. All of her progeny have Color Championships. Bea maintains a 24.3 AFD/3.9 SD and 15.9 CV at age 12!!!! This boy caught our eye right away at Alpacapalooza 2017! He took a blue in his multi class and received glowing feedback from judge Jill MacLeod. We bought Cosmo hoping to improve our multi program, but have decided to go a different direction with our herd. So we want to see him go to a program where he can be utilized well! We purchased Titan's dam Amber Autumn Apple Butter at the Amber Autumn Auction in early 2020 and shortly afterwards, she unpacked her first cria. Titan was exactly what we were hoping for and continues to exceed our expectations. He has gorgeous coverage from head to toe, lovely density, a tight crimp structure and a pleasing disposition. We hope to get him to at least one show in 2021, but if not, he is sure to take the 2022 show circuit by storm. Keep your eye out for this guy!

Many of you know the story of how Tariq was born 5 weeks early and ended up living in our house for the first month because of freezing temperatures. He is very special to us and because of this, is very hard for us to let go of. But we feel like he would be a wonderful asset to a program that is looking to improve staple length, phenotype and fineness within their herd. His sire Gibralter is a JC male who has been producing some phenomenal offspring (including our own Glory, who has championed at almost every show she's been to) and his dam Apple Butter has given us beautiful offspring each time. With these tried-and-true genetics, we feel like Tariq has a lot offer an up and coming program. And he's also very manageable with a laid-back personality!

Snow Diamond Chile Amor 1 is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime kind of alpaca! We saw her at Snow Diamond in the summer of 2019 and I could never get her out of my mind. She went on to win her first Judge's Choice win at the American Alpaca Showcase that fall and I wasn't a bit surprised. But imagine my surprise when she showed up in my barn as an early Christmas present from my husband that December! Best Christmas present ever! We took Chile to the combined Txolan shows where she placed 2nd and Reserve in both shows under Red Granites Cinnamon by Val D L'sere who ended up taking Judge's Choice Female in both shows. After doing so well, we couldn't NOT take her to Nationals. We were thrilled and more than a little shocked when Chile ended up winning the coveted Supreme Dark Huacaya Female at Nationals! What an honor it was, and still is. Comments from Judge Wade Gease following her Supreme Dark win were: "Wow! She is a powerhouse of consistent, fine, uniformity and density. Her structure just bounces off with beaming light. She is SUPER fine and DENSE! And just look at that teddy bear look. She's gorgeous!" Chile is being bred to the incomparable Snowmass Matrix at Irish Meadows for her maiden breeding in 2020.

We purchased Amber Autumn Classic Touch aka Classy at the 2022 Amber Autumn Auction and are absolutely thrilled with how she has shown so far this year. She received a blue ribbon in halter at her first two shows, Nationals and CA Classic, and received glowing comments from the judges. Classy is phenotypically correct, has substantial bone and has a beautifully dense and fine fleece. What drew us to her initially was how uniform she is throughout her blanket, with her primaries being very close in size to her secondaries. She is a stunning peachy fawn color with excellent staple length. She ticks all of the boxes for a solid foundation female! Classy has given us two lovely offspring, Thor Farms Stiorra and Thor Farms Havoc, both of which we will be retaining. In order to keep our herd size manageable, we have opted to put Classy up for sale. She will come with a breeding to any of our males.

DAHLIA'S SECOND HISTOGRAM (36 MONTHS) HAS JUST COME IN. We are so pleased with this girl She is retaining lovely fineness, in fact, her numbers have decreased just a smidge from her 12th month to her 36th month. Take a gander: 2018 - 36 mo. Rincon Cloud (maternal grandsire) and Orlando Cloud (paternal grandsire). Her dam, Pearl, is a multiple champion and at 8 years old, is still a beauty. When bred to Bomber, Pearl gave us Pearly King, 2X blue ribbon and RCC, one at Nationals Fleece in 2017. He also retains his fineness into his second year. Dahlia's ribbon winning tuxedo fawn sire, Tracker Cloud (Orlando Cloud son) throws grey. And into his 7th year, continues to give us 5# of soft, usable blanket fiber... and you guessed it, with lingering fineness. Lingering fineness is a family thing! So, it seemed like a "no brainer" to breed Dahlia to Annual's Bea-2 Bomber. He is a 9x banner winning light rose grey, and son of .38 Special. Bomber was AOA halter champion two years running and took RCC (to his sire's CC fleece) also at nationals! Bomber's progeny have garnered 38 banners to this date, and surely there will be more to come. This cute as a button female is just poised to throw grey or rose, with lingering fineness, lol! She is a rosey brown with black points and a tiny grey spot on her flank.

Phoebe comes from our densest maternal line on our farm and also boasts a beautiful head and phenotype. She is an attentive mother with an abundance of milk. She has now given us two incredible female offspring Thor Farms Hydra and Thor Farms Feyre, who we plan on retaining. Her 2025 Misstifier cria will undoubtedly be another amazing feather in her cap!

We purchased Apple Butter at the 2020 Amber Autumn Auction, and boy are we glad we did! Apple Butter has now given us 4 exceptional offspring with amazing heads, perfect conformation and excellent fiber characteristics that closely mirror the sire. Add to that the lingering fineness from Apple Butter's sire Legionnaire and she's an excellent foundation female to have in your program. Since we will be retaining her first male offspring Amber Autumn Titan and her daughter Thor Farms Kohara, we have decided to offer Apple Butter for sale bred to Crescent Moon's Misstifier. We are so excited to add Shiver to our foundation herd! How the purchase came about is a bit of a fun story. I had seen several of Shiver's blankets from our friends at Snow Diamond and it was so stunning that I had to investigate her genetics further. From the peachy/grey cast to her fiber, I suspected that she had a significant grey background and I was right! I inquired about her with her new owner, June Aploks at Starshire Ranch, and we decided to pull the trigger on purchasing her when June announced she was retiring. Shiver is due with a SilverLegacy cria any day now and we can't wait to see what that genetic combo produces. She is such a versatile female when it comes to her color production, that we are absolutely ecstatic to see what she can produce for us in the years to come. From Starshire Ranch: Shiver sports a low-micron fleece with beautiful architecture and long staple with a soft handle. She is an elegant female with style and presence. Born in the snow in early February, Shiver was given an apropos barn name that stayed with her. Shiver is a light-fawn female with a colorful pedigree, including a boatload of notable grey genetics, such as her sire Pull the Trigger, an Aussie .38 Special son, and her maternal grandsire MR Roosevelt. Snow Diamond first paired Shiver with 8X Champion Johnny Cash, a true-black son of CCNF Man in Black and they produced a knock-out black. Shiver also has produced a very nice light-fawn Gear Jammer son/Shiftin Gears grandson and a medium fawn son by Perfect Storm, a Defiance son.
